Q. Are the prices shown wholesale prices?
The price shown for all our Handmade wedding Stationery & Card Making Supplies are wholesale prices.
We do have volume discounts on most products where a further saving can be made on bulk packaging.
Q. What is the volume discount ?
A. Once logged in, if you click on any image, you will find the normal price plus any volume discount prices which will show you how many packs you need to order to obtain the volume price, and will be automatically calculated in the shopping basket.
Q. How much is the postage and packaging ?
A. Shipping for UK mainland is £5.99 (£4.99 +20% VAT), which will be added to your total once you are taken to the paypal site. For Ireland, Scottish highlands, Scottish Isles, Offshore or Europe, individual prices must be selected.
Please contact me directly if you feel there is a cheaper courier I can use for the dispatch of your order and I shall do my utmost to accommodate your request. I will ALWAYS offer to send orders out by the cheapest / best possible method, so if you would like a smaller order sent via Royal mail, please message me and I shall refund the difference once I know the Royal mail cost.
I use DPD Local who I believe is the safest method as your parcel is trackable on every step of its journey and you will receive a text message giving you a 1 hour window for when you order will be delivered.
( NOTE: To receive this message you will need to add your mobile number or email address in your account details. )
If a cost for shipping to your area has calculated incorrectly, the order will not be able to be dispatched until the full courier charge has been paid. I shall contact you before the order is dispatched to advise you of any variance.

Q. When will I receive my order ?
A. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
I normally turn orders around in 2-3 days sometimes quicker depending on stock but at busy times of the year it can take longer as some embossed cards take 48hrs to be delivered to me. I will always advise you of any delay. My advise is not to leave ordering until last minute to order to save disappointment. All orders are processed in chronological order.
Q. Do you have a minimum order ?

Q. Can I open a credit account ?
A. I'm afraid not
My website requires payment to be made before your order can be completed. If you wish to make your payment by bank transfer please contact me as this is possible.

Q. Do you have a catalogue ?
A. No, all products are advertised on line at www.cardshandmade4u.com
Should you require a variation of a product, please call or message me to see if I am able to assist. Most products can be made using any of my 65+ coloured board. I can calculate a cost on your request.
Q. I have sent you an e-mail and had no reply ?
A. If we have not replied to your e-mail within 24hrs it may have gone into our junk e-mail folder which we try to check each day.

Q. Are you V.A.T. Registered ?
A. Yes, my VAT Number is 212 8237 33
All product prices online incluse V.A.T. @ 20% U.K. and will be shown on your invoice and in Paypal at the point of Payment & on the invoice you will receive with your order.
Q. I have a complaint!
A. Please use the contact form, under "useful links" and supply as many details as possible
I will then investigate your complaint thoroughly, and will contact you as soon as possible.
Q. I want to add to my order !
A. If you place an additional order as usual through the website prior to your order being dispatched, the postage from the second order will be refunded and the orders dispatched together.
Q. Can you send me some samples of your card making supplies ?
Just send me your requirements including product codes and I will try to accommodate your request. I will calculate the cost for you including postage and packaging
Q. I need my order urgently !
A. All orders are completed in chronological order. I will try to accommodate your request, but only if it doesn't affect the waiting time of other customers, that have placed an order before you.
Q. The product I received is faulty !
A. Contact me straight away. I must be notified within 7 working days of receipt. Do NOT send the item back without contacting me first
Retain all external and internal packaging. This is required in the event of a courier claim for damages.
Q. What is your returns policy ?
A. If something needs to be returned Please Do Not return the item before contacting me first.
If you have ordered something by mistake, I will only accept back any unopened, undamaged packs so I can resell them.
I unfortunately cannot refund any postage costs.
Please make sure the parcel is packed well as I cannot refund anything I cannot re-sell through delivery damage.
Bespoke items are non refundable. Foiled card blanks, all paper, bespoke card sizes and 3 or more packs of invitations or card blanks made from speciality coloured boards are classed as a bespoke product as it is made, cut or produced specifically for your orders.
If an item you have ordered was personalised or printed especially for you, again I cannot accept these items back.
Q. Are my details secure ?
I use SSL - or Secure Socket Layer - technology. This ensures your personal details are not intercepted by unauthorized parties.
You can verify this by checking for a padlock image in the
bottom right-hand corner of the browser and also to the left of the website name.
Your contact details are encrypted and are not stored on any server.
The encrypted image is then deleted automatically after a short time.
