Are the prices shown wholesale prices ?
Yes,
The price shown for all card making supplies is wholesale. We do not serve the general public, and do not advertise in that area.
If we have enquiries from the general public for our products we direct them our Retailers list
We do have a volume discount:-
Once logged in, if you click on any image,
you will find the normal price & a volume price,
this will show you how many packs you need to order to obtain the volume price.
This will be automatically calculated in the shopping basket.
How much is the postage and packaging ?
Shipping is calculated on the weight of the products ordered.
We ALWAYS send orders out by the Cheapest / Best possible means.
Smaller orders maybe sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, ( Mainland U.K. only ) and will be notified of cost at checkout.
Some orders will be too heavy to make this cost effective so will be sent by our Courier and again you will be notified of cost at checkout.
If a cost for shipping to your area has not been entered then we shall contact you before the order is dispatched
Alternatively you can contact us, but we shall still need the order to be processed so as we know the total weight of your goods.
Do you have a carriage paid amount?
Orders of £120.00 and over will be Carriage Free ( Mainland U.K. Only ).
When will I receive my order ?
We aim to send out card making supplies within 7 working days. We are currently running at about 2 or 3 days.
But remember do not rely on this as this leads you to becoming disappointed with us when we are very busy.

Do you have a minimum order ?
Yes,
This is kept low at £25.00 so as if you unexpectedly run out of an item just after placing an order,
you don't have to place another large order just to get that one item.

Do you have a catalogue ?
No,
With card making products being added constantly it would go out of date far too quickly.
I have sent you an e-mail and had no reply ?
If we have not replied to your e-mail within 24hrs it may have gone into our junk e-mail folder which we try to check each day.
Try sending again, if no joy, Please Call.
Are you V.A.T. Registered ?
Yes,
All products include V.A.T. @ 17.5% and will be recognised on your invoice.
I have a complaint!
Please use the contact form, with all the details
so as we can investigate your complaint thoroughly, and will contact you as soon as possible.
I want to add to my order!
This is not usually a problem as payment is not taken until order is completed, but please let us know as soon as possible
Can you send me some samples of your card making supplies ?
Yes,
Just send us your requirements including product codes and we will try to accommodate your request.
When can I get my back ordered item ?
We aim to restock items as quickly as possible.
We try to get them to you within the next few days.
However through busy times and special occasions it may not be possible and can take a little longer.
I need my order urgently:
We will try to accommodate your request, but only if it doesn`t affect the waiting time of other customers, that have placed an order before you.
We hope you can appreciate that this would be unfair, as one day, you could be the one who has to wait.
The product I received is faulty:
Contact us straight away, Do NOT Send the item back without contacting us first

We use SSL - or Secure Socket Layer - technology. This ensures your personal and banking details are not intercepted by unauthorized parties.
You can verify this by checking for a padlock image in the
bottom right-hand corner of the browser.
Your contact details are encrypted and are not stored on any server.
The encrypted image is then deleted automatically after a short time.
