Nothing is too much trouble for this excellent duo. We mess them around by placing our order and then having to email Ian asking him to add on this, that and the other, and its always done for us without any hesitation, and orders are received normally within 2-3 days from date of order ~ all products are excellent quality and exceptional value for money.
