We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately. However, we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website. We will attempt to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them.
Illustrations and descriptions of products are provided as a guide only. Actual products may vary.
All product measurements are approximate. Product colours may vary. Descriptions such as "gold", "silver", "diamond" refer to the colour and not the precious metals or gemstones.
You can buy products from us online. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an additional confirmation email after the goods have been dispatched.
Any disputes arising from transactions, purchases and contracts with Pantha World or www.cardshandmade4u.com shall be determined and governed by English Law.
All goods and products remain the sole property of Pantha World until paid for in full.
Orders placed with Pantha World shall not be binding unless Pantha World accepts them.
Whilst every effort will be made to effect deliveries and maintain prices quoted, Pantha World has the sole right to vary prices and deliveries.
All goods must be paid for before dispatch with all payments being made in Pounds Stirling.
Pantha World has the right to delay or cancel delivery.
All prices quoted on this site exclude VAT and Delivery. These prices are given at the checkout stages.
Card & paper by their nature have a tendency to fade, some colours more than others and in particular recycled papers. It is important when storing or displaying envelopes, card & paper to avoid direct exposure to sun light or bright lighting systems. Colours may be subject to change.
Pearlescent papers, card and envelopes do have a tendency to vary from batch to batch. We have no control over this manufacturing process.
Deliveries, under normal circumstances, are dispatched within 1 - 3 days. If there is a problem with any part of an order we will try to let our customers know, either by telephone or email. We can only dispatch to a full postal address. No PO Boxes or Mail Boxes please.
Please note:- All deliveries from Pantha World via courier or recorded delivery must be signed for upon receipt.
Only applies to orders placed on a single transaction. To obtain free delivery the single order must be over £200.00 (Ex VAT). Free delivery will not apply to combinations of orders placed. No exceptions will be made.
This pricing structure applies to parcels under 20kg in weight. Any order weighing over the 20kg benchmark will be quoted upon accordingly.
All items dispatched by our private carrier Interlink will require a signature.
You will receive a one hour delivery window by either or text or email. If the delivery date/time is not convenient, you can reply to the text to re-arrange the delivery date or give instructions to leave it with a neighbour. Full details of this service are included on the confirmation of dispatch email. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be returned to our Carriers Depot and a calling card will be left by the carrier with a contact telephone number for your local depot, for you to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel personally from the Carriers Depot. If uncollected after 3 days the parcel/parcels will be returned to us. The customer will incur the costs of the return delivery charge and it will be up to you to contact us to arrange for redelivery (for which you will have to pay the postage costs again).No exceptions will be made, please ensure you provide us with a delivery address which has someone available to accept delivery throughout the day. By placing an order with Pantha World you agree to these conditions.
Postage is £17.00 to the Rep. of Ireland and Northern Ireland and is a two day delivery time. Orders for Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles and some Aberdeen postcodes will also be a two day delivery and £12.50 fee.
We reserve the right to revise the postage charges, if this is necessary. We will contact you with the quotation before your order is processed. VAT is a tax on goods and services, therefore if the goods that are dispatched to you are vat-able then so becomes the service of dispatching the goods to our customers.
We can accept the following credit/debit cards online as method of payment:
Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, and PayPal.
At Pantha World we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please use the “contact us” link on the website, or email direct email@example.com with full details so we can establish whether the item/s can are returnable.
Should any product be damaged in transit please ensure you retain all external and internal packaging as this is necessary to instigate a claim against the courier and use the ‘contact us’ facility at www.cardshandmade4u.com providing as much information as possible
All faulty claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
All agreed returns must be sent back in their original condition within 10 days of the date you received them (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for them. This does not apply to bespoke cut and made items, see details below:-
We can only accept opened items if they are faulty.
Postage will only be refunded on goods which are faulty.
Maximum postage refunds are limited to £6.50 per parcel, which must be agreed in advance before parcels are returned.
If you find some/all of your items are faulty/damaged, please make sure you let us know within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise this can not be rectified. No exceptions will be made.
Foiled card blanks, all paper, bespoke card sizes and 5 or more packs of invitations or card blanks made from speciality coloured boards are classed as a bespoke product made, cut or produced for customer orders. These are non refundable and non returnable. You can request a sample before hand to make sure the card or paper is correct for purpose and use. Paper and card is cut to + and - 1mm tolerance.
Custom ordered banners and appliques are also non refundable and non returnable. We recommend requesting a sample before placing an order.
The onus and responsibility is with the customer to ensure the goods are returned in a proper and resaleable condition. Damaged incurred to goods by customers carriers, will be the customer responsibility and no refund will be issued.
Items from orders must be returned in full, we can not accept part pack returns.
Goods should be returned in suitable and adequate packaging, as to protect the product/goods from the rigors of the postal or carrier system.
Items returned in an unfit or non re saleable condition will be disposed of at Pantha Worlds discretion. Photographic evidence will taken. Pantha World will not return the damaged or unfit goods.
Pantha World will not enter into disputes and claims for damaged goods with customers or third party carriers.
Volume discounts are applied against the majority of products. Please be aware these discounts are only possible by Pantha World bulk packaging these items. Ie if you purchase 10 packs of 130mm x 130mm square card, you may receive these as one pack of 100.
40 packs of 25 envelopes or more will be supplied in original manufactures box with no additional packaging.
Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Customers will receive a full refund of all charges other than postage once goods are received. Goods must be returned as new and unused. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened. This does not apply to bespoke made items as detailed in the returns policy. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during return transit.
