Q. Are the prices shown wholesale prices?
The price shown for all our Handmade wedding Stationery & Card Making Supplies is our wholesale price.
We do have volume discounts on most products where a saving can be made on bulk packaging,
if you order the required volume quantity the discount will be calculated in the basket.
Q. We do have a volume discount ?
A. Once logged in, if you click on any image, you will find the normal price & a volume price,
this will show you how many packs you need to order to obtain the volume price.
This will be automatically calculated in the shopping basket.
Q. How much is the postage and packaging ?
A. Shipping is calculated on the weight of the products ordered and can be calculated in the basket and will be shown during checkout.
We ALWAYS send orders out by the Cheapest / Best possible method.
Smaller orders maybe sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, ( Mainland U.K. only ) and will be notified of cost at checkout as this is weight dependent.
Some orders will be too heavy to make this cost effective so will be sent by our Courier at £4.99 for all orders.
This we believe is the safest method as your parcel is trackable on every step of its journey and you will receive a text message giving you a 1 hour window to when you order will be delivered.
( NOTE: To receive this message you will need to add your mobile number in your account details. )
If a cost for shipping to your area has not been entered then we shall contact you before the order is dispatched
Alternatively you can contact us, but we shall still need the order to be processed so as we know the total weight of your goods.
Q. Do you have a carriage paid amount?
A. Unfortunately I can no longer afford to offer a free shipping service & sent by Courier Only ( Mainland U.K. Only ).
Q. When will I receive my order ?
A. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
We normally turn orders around in 2-3 days sometimes quicker depending on stock but at busy times of the year it can take longer. Our advise is not to leave ordering until last minute to order to save disappointment.

I am a small family run business that like most,
relies on a steady cash flow to continually produce new products on a regular basis.

A. No, the entire catalogue is on line at www.cardshandmade4u.com
Q. I have sent you an e-mail and had no reply ?
A. If we have not replied to your e-mail within 24hrs it may have gone into our junk e-mail folder which we try to check each day.

Q. Are you V.A.T. Registered ?
All product prices online will exclude V.A.T. @ 20% U.K. and will be shown on the Payment Details page in checkout
& on the invoice you will receive with your order.
Q. I have a complaint!
A. Please use the contact form, under "useful links" and supply as many details as possible
I will then investigate your complaint thoroughly, and will contact you as soon as possible.
Q. I want to add to my order !
A. This is not usually a problem but please let us know as soon as possible.
Q. Can you send me some samples of your card making supplies ?
Just send us your requirements including product codes and we will try to accommodate your request. We will calculate the cost for you including postage and packaging
Q. When can I get my back ordered item ?
A. We aim to restock items as quickly as possible.
We try to get them to you within the next few days.
However through busy times and special occasions it may not be possible and can take a little longer.
Q. I need my order urgently !
A. We will try to accommodate your request, but only if it doesn't affect the waiting time of other customers, that have placed an order before you.
Q. The product I received is faulty !
A. Contact us straight away we must be notified within 7 working days of receipt. Do NOT Send the item back without contacting us first
Retain all external and internal packaging. This is required in the event of a courier claim for damages.
Q. What is your returns policy ?
A. If something needs to be returned Please Do Not return the item before contacting us first.
If you have ordered something by mistake, We will only accept back any unopened, undamaged packs so we can resell them.
We unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs.
Please make sure the parcel is packed well as we cannot refund anything we cannot re-sell through delivery damage.
If an item you have ordered was personalised or printed as a special for you, again we cannot accept these items back.
